Instructions for Chairs
We have allocated session chairs based on your availability and preference indicated with your registration. As a session chair, we ask you to do the following:
- Introduction: Please introduce the speakers on the panel. You may also want to give a brief introduction of the theme of the panel.
- Time keeping: All parallel session are 1,5 hours. Depending on the number of speakers in the panel, presenters have 10-15 minutes for their presentation. You can take questions from the audience after each presentation and/or have a general round of questions and discussion at the end of the session.
In addition, we welcome you to provide comments on the papers before opening the floor for questions and discussion. There will be a student volunteer present at the conference locations to provide assistance if needed.
